Warranty Terms

Your Bevel & Bond cutting board comes with a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes warping, cracking, or splitting that occurs under normal use and proper care.
The warranty is valid for 5 years.
Registration is required to make a claim — once registered, you may submit a claim at any time within your 5-year coverage period.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse — including submerging the board in water, placing it in a dishwasher, exposing it to extreme heat, or failure to maintain the board with oil or butter over time.
Email Jeff@bevelandbond.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim" and include: your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description of how it occurred. We will assess the claim and respond within 3 business days. Approved claims result in a free replacement shipped within 5 business days — no need to return the original.
After registering, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your Board Balm will ship within 5 business days.
