Schaller & Weber

Schaller & Weber has been a Yorkville institution since 1937, anchoring what was once Manhattan's German neighborhood. The shop makes traditional German sausages, smoked meats, and house charcuterie, and stocks imported German goods alongside its butcher counter. It is one of New York's last great old-world German meat houses, still run to the original standard.
